Terms and Conditions
Cancellations of bookings will be subject to the following charges:

Minimum standard booking 1 week (7 days,6 nights)
Payment in advance of time of booking
Rates quoted are available only to corporate customer
Prices are valid at date of issue subject to variation
Damages will be charged to the corporate customer
Bookings are subject to a signed single page tenancy agreement and tenancy schedule
A refundable key deposit of £50 is required
A £30 Administration Charge will be applied to any booking amendments made once final documentation has been produced
Booking extensions are subject to availability and rate change
Credit Card payments are subject to a surcharge:
Visa/MasterCard 2.5%
American Express 5%
